She has lead Instructional Design teams in her past organizations and has a great flair for mentoring teams towards excellence.

Rohan has extensively worked with client teams across geographies and domains. He has headed project management, technology, and quality teams that executed numerous big volume projects. Rohan’s ability to conduct fruitful conversations with clients helps mutually in understanding the exact training needs and performance gaps.
