Biomanufacturing entails skills such as operating specialized equipment and working in sterile environments like cleanrooms. To overcome these challenges, our client considered transitioning to contemporary training formats that utilize technology and advanced andragogical methods, ensuring that employees were well-prepared for the dynamic bioprocessing industry. The client insisted on an approach that allowed the learners to arrive at the core learning content through exploratory activities.
Recognizing the objectives, Constellar Consulting designed and executed a customized web-based training program tailored to the specific requirements of the client. This WBT addressed the constraints of the old training formats by integrating interactive elements, multimedia components, and interactive exercises.
