This challenge then prompted the need for a gamified course to educate employees, clarify roles, and provide immersive onboarding. Accordingly, Constellar Consulting created a gamified course that strategically addressed the client's challenges by immersing learners in a dynamic, resource-gathering game focused on manufacturing processes. This interactive experience allowed employees to gather materials, earn points, and upgrade facilities by mirroring real-world scenarios. More importantly, it emphasized the need to maintain an up-to-date and standard facility, preventing inefficiencies and accumulation of issues. Learners navigated through the biopharma facility, collecting points by answering questions they had learned during their journey. This approach empowered them with knowledge and decision-making skills. At the end, participants had the choice to invest their points in upgrades or research for new products, enhancing their sense of empowerment. In essence, the gamified course transformed learning into an engaging adventure, effectively addressing the client's challenges by promoting knowledge retention, efficient resource management, and a proactive mindset.
