These courses were meant to kickstart the onboarding process for learners. The two courses consisted of learning objectives - what the company is about, what is the work that they do, and what their business priorities as an organization are. A step-by-step simplified explanation of the onboarding process and key learnings from the course were also reinforced as a part of the eLearning.
